Occasionally a software bug slips through the cracks of our testing process. However, since Countdown is updateable, we strive to fix our bugs quickly and push the changes out to all of our users.
If you encounter a problem with a game, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check for updates
Countdown comes with its own software app, available on our website. We're constantly putting out new fixes, new games to purchase, etc. Follow the instructions here to see if you have any updates available for your unit. If so, we'd recommend updating your Countdown to our latest software version.
Step 2: Restart the unit
Sometimes, hardware needs a good old fashioned reboot. Try turning the unit off and then back on again.
