Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

We will make every effort to package and ship your order as fast as possible. In most cases, orders ship the next business day from the time of purchase. At times, due to heavy volume or logistics issues outside of our control, it may take longer for your order to leave our facility. All orders are processed in the order they were received.

Shipping Charges

For orders placed in the US, we charge a flat-rate fee per order. The amount varies based on the product, season and other factors, such as overall shipping rates. We will never charge more than the actual shipping fee we incur. In all cases, we charge significantly less than the actual cost. For example, the actual shipping costs for Countdown (our primary seller) range from $6 to over $11 depending on the shipping destination, and that does not include packaging or handling fees. We have never set our flat-rate charge above $5.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via a variety of carriers based on costs and delivery times:

• USPS Priority Mail
• UPS Ground
• FedEx Ground

We do not provide the anticipated shipping method at the time of purchase. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with details like carrier, tracking number and estimated delivery time.

Refunds & Returns

In the event that you return your order to Pressure Games, shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, any shipping charges required to return a product must be covered by the customer. An exclusion to this policy is in the event of a manufacturing defect, in which case, shipping charges will be covered by Pressure Games. For more details, see our full Sales & Refund policy.
