Countdown Modes
You can select the difficulty level when setting up a game mode. Higher difficulty levels are harder, lower are easier. A general guide of difficulty levels is:
- Level 1: No games at all (This is for a simple game of Hide & Seek)
- Levels 2-4: Games do not require reading and should be playable for all ages. Some instruction may be required by an adult the first few attempts.
- Levels 5-8: Increasing difficulty, some games will require reading and following specific instructions.
- Level 9: Extremely fast reflexes and quick thinking required!

Sharpen your skills at any of Countdown’s games. Work to beat your best time at an individual game or play “Blitz” to play around of randomized games.
Play hide & seek like never before. Have one player hide Countdown and let another player (or a group of players) find it. Once found, a series of games will have to be played to stop the timer and win.
Hot Potato is a great table game for up to 8 players. Compete by handing Countdown between players who each have to beat a random game. Just don’t be holding Countdown when the hidden timer expires!
Simone is a modern take on the 4-button memory game from the 80's. Play in either 3, 4 or 5 button modes with integrated high-score keeping! It's a great way to introduce your little ones to the retro games you grew up with.
